Vintage Sterling Silver Native American Signed Hopi G Phillips Eagle Belt Buckle

AWESOME & GENUINE NATIVE AMERICAN HOPI ARTISAN. GEORGE PHILLIPS SIGNED STERLING SILVER. POUNCING EAGLE HANDCRAFTED BELT BUCKLE. This fantastic hand made sterling silver belt buckle was created by the well known Hopi silversmith-artist George Phillips, who is a member of the Greasewood and Roadrunner clans.

He grew up in a Northern Arizona village, learned his craft together with family members and each piece he creates is unique to itself... He does not mass produce his jewelry creations.

His pieces each tell a little story. This one features a large pouncing eagle, cacti, and tee pee images. It is a moderate sized buckle, measuring 2 1/4" x 1 1/2", fitting belts up to 1 wide and weighing 30 grams or just over one ounce on our scale.
